Year 3 boarded the time machine for a journey back 50,000 years.
Pupils learnt how important cave paintings are for our understanding of early human life.

History in action. Well done to our Year 4 archaeologists who made great progress on our dig. They’ve been uncovering a buried town. When they complete the dig they will start to draw conclusions about life in the past.

Year 4 were transported back in time and spent a day being part of the Roman army. This was led by Roman Britain Schools Workshop and the children had a fantastic time trying on armour, learning Latin and experiencing Roman camp life.
