The Newquay Junior Academy PTA is a dedicated group of parents, carers and staff who work together to raise funds and support enriching experiences for all children at Newquay Junior Academy.

Thanks to the generosity and involvement of our school community, we’ve been able to fund fantastic projects such as new playground equipment and books for the library.

We’re always on the lookout for fresh ideas and new faces to join our team. Whether you’d like to help out occasionally or get more involved, we’d love to hear from you. We realise that time is precious so do not want to add pressure on you, however if you decided to become a more active member of the group, you are more than welcome to join in on our meetings that take place every half term.

We are always grateful for help with taking event admissions, serving refreshments at a car boot sale, preparing disco bags or hunting down raffle prizes.

The current chairperson for our PTA is Mrs Jane Dewsnap, the treasurer is Mrs Debbie Cheadle (key worker and lunchtime supervisor).
